Table 1. Raw Information

Table 1 shows the raw information, it is unsorted and unfiltered. In Column A, list

ed are the Family and relatives of Efean Kim B. Unay. The Age of the Members is listed in

Column B. Their weekly expenses are listed in column C and their Favorite color is listed in

column D.

Table 2. Filtered According to the Majority of Favorite color

Table 2 shows the filtered given information in Table1. according to the majority of

Favorite color. It is done by selecting cells with the Information and going to the Data Tab and

clicking Filter button. Next is clicking the Drop down arrow in Cell D1 uncheck the selectall

and select only color blue which is the majority of their Favorite color.

Table 3. Sorted by A-Z

Table 3 shows the sorted given information in Table1. from A-Z. It is done by selecting

cells with the Information and going to the Data Tab and clicking button next to the Sort

button.

Chart 1. Age

Chart 1 shows the Bar chart of the Ages of the following Given Information from Table

1. It is done by selecting cells with the wanted Information (Column A and B) and going to the

Insert Tab and clicking Column Chart Button and click the desired type of Chart.

Chart 2. Weekly Expenses

Chart 2 shows the Line chart of the Weekly Expenses of the following Given Information

from Table 1. It is done by selecting cells with the wanted Information (Column A and C) and

going to the Insert Tab and clicking Line Chart Button and click the desired type of Chart.

Chart 3. Favorite Color

Chart 2 shows the Pie chart and the Percentage of the Majority of the Favorite Colors of the

following Given Information from Table 1. Is done by selecting cells with the wanted

Information (Column A and D) and going to the Insert Tab and clicking Pie Chart Button and

click the desired type of Chart.
