Establishing linkages with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and/or the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWA) vital in the crafting of said programs is also highly encouraged. All DILG Regional Directors and the BARMM Minister for Local Government are hereby directed to cause the widest dissemination of this issuance to the concemed authorities within their areas of jurisdiction, For the information and guidance of all concemed. aero @ussiroo wae
