SME TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS REPORT AFTER 3 MONTHS

( Based on Level 3 feedback form )

A total 14 participants took part in the SME certification programme conducted by us from
18th -22nd December 2017, under (RFP) 1/2017, at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya. Based on
the above feedback ( Evaluation Forms attached) from both the participants/employees and
the employers, the table below was developed to evaluate and report the effectiveness of the
SME training Programme conducted by us, for the ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification
Programme, as shown below :

C) Our Conclusion
Based on the above feedback received from both the participants (employees ) and the
Employers, it is evident that the above ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification Programme was
very effective, and has immensely benefited both the participants and the employers.

All employers have also commented ( feedback to question B6)that they would like to
send more employees to our training centre , next time.
