Employees Information System for Jo Herbrews Construction Services.

Objectives

Design of system that is a high quality, easily extensible, and reusable are the main goal of any
system. Manpower Management are designed to control and ensure the most efficient and economical
use of available manpower. It is designed to maximize employee performance, increase overall company
production. The objectives of this system are as follows:

 To help the HR overseeing employee-informations, it includes: when the employee started


working to the company, name, address, employees position and which branch did the
employee located.
 To help the HR inputs new informations of the specific employee easily.
 To help the HR update easily if the there are some wrong information.
 To delete the employees’ information if that employee resigned.
 To lessen the work of the the HR and to control all the employees on the company
 This can also benefits the owner of the company to check the condition of their employees that
was validated by the inputs of the HR

Description

The system named Manpower Management requested by the Company of Jo Herbrews


Construction Service. The system shows features intended for the admin and HR manager to log in. In
the very core of frame of the owner there is a dashboard designed to preview the information of the
employees such as insert, delete, update and search that also see on Hr dashboard. If somebody tries to
login in the HR, it automatically portrays the dashboard containing the information of the employees
from the said company. It has also frame such as to insert the possible employee the company has to
entertain, delete when the employee has resigned, update on the other hand, if there are necessary
new information to be changed and search, if there a are necessary approach to know the information
of a specific employee.
