Key person Responsible for Electrode Baking and Holding is Mr._____________________________

Electrodes of one Batch No. is stacked and bundled by metal wire with a tag of batch No. on the Bundle.

SS & CS welding electrodes are Baked separately.

Electrode returned by the welder at the end of the shift is suitably identified by white color and sent for 2nd baking operation.

If White color marked electrodes are returned by the welder at the end of the shift is identified by yellow color and sent for 3rd baking
operation. After 3rd baking electrodes should be suitably discarded.

Electrodes are issued to welders only in Portable ovens/ Quivers.
