To whom it may concern,

I am Gerard Siasat, and I am writing in behalf of our organization ‘International Law Society’ which is an
accredited student organization under De La Salle University's College of Law.

We would like to invite you to our event entitled 'International Festival'. It will be held on October 28, 2017
from 10:00am to 4:30pm in De La Salle University-Rufino Campus, University Parkway, Bonifacio Global City,
Taguig City (In front of Manila Japanese School).

International Festival is a one day celebration of culture. We have invited guests from other embassies and
international organizations to showcase their country's culture and law among others. We have also invited
various NGOs to raise awareness for their advocacies. Participants would be at least 50-60 law students and
youth leaders from various universities and organizations. The primary objective of this event is to improve
relations between Filipino students with other countries through cultural awareness and international law.

In line with this, we would like to request a representative from the embassy to speak about Malaysian Culture,
Tradition, Music, Food, and of course, Law. We would be allotting a maximum of 30 minutes of speaking time.

We would also like to request if you could set-up a booth which the participants can visit anytime during the
day of the event to learn more about Malaysia through brochures, food samples, videos, and other materials.
We will be providing a table and a chair for the booth. The representatives of the embassy will be provided
with a lunch and a snack. The specific time of your speaking availability and details for the booth would be
asked in a questionnaire through a link provided below. Please confirm your attendance by replying to this
e-mail on or before October 10th and please answer the questionnaire on or before October 14th. We apologize
for the short notice but we are hoping that a Malaysian Embassy representative could attend.
