Exceptional Student-Athlete Committee (2010 – present) The primary purpose of this committee is to evaluate
applications from exceptional student athletes who are seeking entrance into academic programs at the University
of Alberta.
Team Koe/Alberta/Canada Curling (2007 – present). Performance accomplishments include gold medals at the
2010 men’s World Championships (Cortina, Italy) and 2016 World Championships (Basel Switzerland), and gold
medals at the Brier (the Canadian National Championship) in 2010 (Halifax, NS), 2014 (Kamloops, BC) and 2016
(Ottawa, ON). The team also won the Canadian Olympic Curling Trials in 2017 (Kanata, ON).
