Dear Ma'am;

I humbly asked from your good office to grant my request of transfer from Puliran, Elementary
School, Puliran, Sibuco, Zamboanga Del Norte to Talusan Central Elementary School, Poblacion,
Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay Province.

I am Rosalie Q. Sustento, 27 years old, married with three children. I graduated my Bachelor in
Elementary Education at Western Mindanao State University - Mabuhay ESU Last S.Y. 2011 -
2012. I started render my service in the Department of Education last June 24, 2014 at Puliran,
Elementary School, Puliran, Sibuco Zamboanga Del Norte up to the present. I asked this request
due to the following reasons :

1. I am a bonafide residence of Poblacion, Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay Province.

2. All my children left with my husband, here in Talusan. Every day I worry about them
especially if they are sick. And this emotion is affects more my work.

3. I am badly suffering of Financial crisis. It is very hard to travel going back home to
to fulfill my responsibility to my children and husband.

I am deeply hoping for your positive response of my request.
