As the counsel of Eulogio Rodriguez, I have been informed that the Honorable Court has released a Joint

Order with regards to the case OMB-L-A-18-0319 for Abuse of Authority, Conduct Prejudicial to the Best
Interest of the Service, Dishonesty, Grave Misconduct, Gross Ignorance of the Law filed by Rey Mendez
against Joseph C. Cua and my client.

However, we would like to inform this Honorable Court that while the counsel for Joseph C. Cua has
been furnished a copy of the decision, we on the other hand has not yet received such decision.

In this regard, may we respectfully request that the respondent Eulogio Rodriguez and his counsel be
furnished of the decision of this respected body.

I am writing to request from this Honorable Court a copy of the decision for the case OMB-L-A-18-1319
for Abuse of Authority, Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of the Service, Dishonesty, Grave
Misconduct, Gross Ignorance of the Law filed by Rey Mendez against Joseph C. Cua and my client
Eulogio R. Rodriguez.

I was informed that a decision was already furnished to the counsel of Joseph C. Cua, co-respondent to
this case. Unfortunately, we regret to inform this esteemed body that I, as the counsel of Rodriguez has
not yet received such decision.

In this regard may we respectfully request for a furnished copy of the decision of this Honorable Court.
