In order to successfully carry out each of our project, we have developed an action plan called “The Six

Fundamental Tenets.” These series of operations govern and administrate the progress of the project to
ensure that we only provide excellent and quality services to our clients. The Six Fundamental Tenets
defines how do we work and it comprises of the following:

WE LEND OUR EARS

First, we keenly listen to our client as he discusses and describes his ideal new home. It’s more
than just knowing the specifications for bedrooms or bathrooms he wants. Here, we try to
determine our client’s style and preferences before giving our recommendations.
WE DRAFT A DESIGN
After identifying our client’s design preferences, we then start the design process where a floor
plan best suited to his style in conformation to the shape of his property is conceptualized .
WE PLAN AND PLOT
When the initial design is approved, we will be producing the blueprints and develop the project
management plan considering our client’s budget. Then we move on in contract signing and the
discussion of the down payment.
WE ASSIST
As a full-fledged home construction company, we go the extra mile by organizing documents
required to process building permits and alike.
WE FACILITATE
The project manager assigned to our client will personally oversee the progress of the project.
He will ensure and secure our client that the inventory, timeline of works, safety and cleanliness
are properly maintained.
WE AMMEND AND RECTIFY
When the project reaches the final phase, we give our clients the chance to create a Punch list of
items you would like to have remedied. After completing the contract and the punch list is
addressed, we will then turnover all the keys to your new home.
