objective and subjective data, then the data is compared with existing theories,

At the assessment stage not all the symptoms in the theory of hypertension appear
in Mr. Id, this can occur due to different individual characteristics, There are 2
diagnostic typologies that are raised namely actual problems and risks,
interventions arranged according to nursing problems found in the family Mr. Id
based on the standards and theories that exist, at the stage of Implementation, the
actions taken are guided by the action plan that has been made, in the

when his blood pressure rises again.
