MCA amends Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules,

2017

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification1 dated November 13, 2018 has issued Companies
(Registered Valuers and Valuation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “The
Rules”) which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.

This write up covers the following changes made to the Rules by the amendment:
