To ~ 8 JAN 2020 ‘The Principal / Dean Puducherry Sir/Madam, Sub: SVEEP - Conduct of Painting Competition in view of NVD 2020 ~ Reg. ‘As you may be aware that every year 25' January — the foundation day of the Elections Commission of India - is celebrated as National Voters’ Day; likewise, this year the 10% NVD will be célebrated on 25' January 2020. 2, Inthe run up to the National Voter's Day, a Painting Competition will be held by this Department for college students on 224 January 2020. The objective is to engage the students in a self-learning process so as to build an aware and informed electorate in the near future. 3. In this regard, the students of your institution are invited to participate in the competition. Participants shall be provided with required materials eg.paints, brush etc. vi. Painting must be related to the topic. | [vii. The theme chosen should be conveyed only through painting. The competition is open to ll the Schools and Colleges in the Puducherry Region. 2. Participants should compulsorily bring their school Identity cards signed by the Institution's Head concerned, 3. Students failing to abide by the rules and regulations shall be disqualified. 4, Students should take part in the events with the sense of competitive spirit. 5, The decision of judges shal be final 6.
