 Talks only about close relative and altruistic Surrogacy
 No mention of LGBTQI
 ART bill should be addressed first ,since IVF precedes surrogacy.
 Only patients unable to conceive or health problems should be considered
 Fashion Surrogacy should be banned
 Contracts should be made , post surrogacy care,insurance
 Rising cost of IVF(4-5 lakh instead of 1 lakh) claiming 100% success, internationally accepted is
