CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE

This certificate verifies that the product(s) below was manufactured and tested under an ISO 9001 registered quality
system, and is fit for the pressure and service stated. As required for H2S service, all products meet and/or exceed the
NACE MR-0175 requirements as applicable.

CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY

Best Flow Line Equipment warrants the products of its manufacture against defects of material and workmanship for a
period of twelve(12) months from the date of shipment when such products are used in the service and within the
pressure range for which they were manufactured.

Best will repair or replace any products of faulty material or defective workmanship proven under normal use and service.
We specifically are not responsible for damages or injury, direct or indirect, or for damages or failures cause by improper
installation, operation, or misuse.

The above description of Best's warranty is only a summary, and the full warranty is set forth in Best's Terms &
Conditions of Sale, a copy of which may be obtained upon request. To the extent that the above summary conflicts with
the language of the full warranty, the language in the Terms & Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
