Introduction
Are you stressed by the populated requirements of work and school? Just relax Carinderia Buffet is waiting for
you. Carinderia Buffet offers Filipino home-cooked meals just like you can find in any eateries. Open hours will
be 8am to 10pm, Monday to Saturdays, 8am- 9pm, Sundays On the opening day, two persons will enjoy their
meal in just P240 from the original price P150 per head. Souvenirs are not free but available kalamay from Bohol)
with an affordable price. If Carinderia Buffet will be one of the most successful here in Mindanao we will branch
it out or improve the place but not the price. Customers will leave the place with a full belly and a happy heart.
We will hire cook who is great in cooking and also has experience. We are too strict for the customers taste but
staffs, place and prices are friendly.
We will be located at the front of Gaisano Mall Puerto Misamis Oriental which vehicles can easily see and
accessible to people. It will be the perfect place to stop in for a bite to eat, for a drink.
Carinderia Buffet instead of using full-sized dinner plates or over-sized soup bowls will use half-sized plates
naturally limiting how much food can be taken during one trip down the buffet line. Added to this constraint is the
fact that using smaller tableware naturally leads to lowered consumption. And also we will use water and juice
glasses that are huge. Water doesn’t cost anything and juice cost very little, and have monstrous mark ups. So
when compared to plates, the effect of larger glasses on customers’ drinking behavior is now reversed. Providing
giant soft drink glasses has the dual benefits of helping up-sell juice and filling customer bellies.
We will have Clean plate policy additional charge per leftover. ¼ plate leftover 30 pesos, ½ plate leftover 60
pesos, whole plate 90 pesos. No left over, sharing, and takeout.
We will use native plates to save expenses. But for soups porcelain bowls.
And to make our dishes more special! To remain our soup dishes and serve our customers with hot and warm
food, we will let it heat by our eco-kalan’s which will be displayed in the food section.
Mission
We want our guests to have the total experience when visiting Carinderia Buffet . Not only will our guests receive
a great meal, they will also be provided with a comfortable and entertaining atmosphere. We will be doing unique
things (such as serving “all you can eat”).We want our guests to leave our place with a full belly and a happy
heart.
Our main focus will be serving quality food at a great value. We will feature a large selection of freshly – prepared
food, most in full view of our guests. The purpose is service that customer satisfaction is paramount. Particularly,
we want to be the restaurant of choice for everyone: families and singles, young and old, male or female.
On the other hand, employee welfare will be important to our success. We want our employee to feel a part of
the success of Carinderia Buffet. Happy employees make happy guests. Similarly, we will combine menu variety,
atmosphere, ambiance, and friendly staff to create a sense of “place” in order to reach our goal of overall value
in entertainment experience.

Shop design
Carinderia Buffet has 3 storey building. We have our 1st floor is intended for rental space to organize events or
special occasions. In our 2nd floor is our restaurant that will serve food for everyone. We also have a roof garden
good for a dating place for the couples out there. Customers will surely be amuse with our simple cozy restaurant.
Although we serve affordable dishes we will make sure that customers will be comfortable and will experience
clean environment. The area is in need of a warm and friendly place with excellent food. A place where you
always know you will get the affordable Filipino dishes. The restaurant area is large enough to seat even a bigger
group of people. The combination of wooden furniture and elements, concrete walls, green plants and simple
lights create a warm ambiance and you basically feel like sitting in a cozy living room. All our furnitures are also
made by woods and our walls has wooden boards with quotes in it. There are food sections such like dessert
section, seafoods, appetizer, vegetables, fruits, and meats. And we also have alcoholic beverages, balut and
penoy but will have additional payment. On the late evening the restaurant’s atmosphere of dim lights and chill
music is perfect for a romantic date at the rooftop

We are also accepting catering services and use our 1st floor for rentals for organizing special occasions and
events. You can book to us by approaching us through email, hotline, and our official Facebook page. For more

Interval Accessibility
We play songs which is suitable for the weather or occasions also. Since it is a Filipino restaurant, if you are
dating with your partner at the rooftop you can request to our talented crews to serenade you under the stars at
night and seeing the green plants and simple series lights around you. This place may be a cheap and affordable
compared to any fancy restaurants but the sweet moments still count. And since it is nearby schools we could
also give special offers and lower price for students. We only limit at 12 noon to 1pm to serve our offer to the
students. Here’s the offer, provided that the students will bring their ID’s during class days they will only pay P70
per head and they will be given large enough lunch box and they could fill it once. For the busy people also who
are nearby Puerto and doesn’t want travel and hustle, we offer delivering foods which we called box-to-go. This
box-to-go we will provide large enough food container that contains 1 dessert, appetizer, 6 dishes worth P150
and additional payment for the delivery, cash on delivery.
Marketing Analysis
Carinderia Buffet will cater to people who want to eat various foods and fill their tummies in a very affordable
way and relaxing atmosphere. And also to the couples who wants an affordable date yet romantic. As we all
know there are mostly workers who are travelling back and forth to Bukidnon, so the location is accessible. And
these workers want some refreshment for a bit and to fill their tummies. Since it is also near the crowded places
and near by the Gaisano Mall. There are no other competitors Carinderia Buffet is only the buffet restaurant
located at Puerto Misamis Oriental.
Marketing Strategy
By giving special offers to students as what we have said above in Internal Accessibility, we can caught the
students’ attention. The phrase “we eat with our eyes” so we will take advantage on social media
sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest allow to tempt the taste buds of potential customers with
mouthwatering photos. We could post the Food of the days to promote the restaurant and to reach with
customers.
We could have customers raffle to get for free one meal every Wednesday 3pm. And Videoke every Friday at
the rooftoop starting 6pm to 9:30 pm. This idea could help to gain costumers.
We believe, however, that the best form of advertising is still "word-of-mouth." By providing an entertaining
environment, with unbeatable quality at an unbelievable price in a clean and friendly restaurant, we will be the
talk of the town. Therefore, the execution of our concept is the most critical element of our plan.
