Dear Ma’am/ Sir,

I am writing to inform you of my resignation from Secretary at Goldeed Trading International,

effective July 08, 2019.

I will be resigning due to a number of worsening health complications that I have been dealing
with for some time. Unfortunately, it has become clear that I am unable to meet my duties as
Secretary. It is therefore in the best interest of all parties that I resign and focus on recovery.

I have been very fortunate to be given the fantastic opportunities to grow and make lifelong
friends during my time at Goldeed Trading International. Thank you so much for your guidance
and support during my tenure.
