I am pouring 250mL dirt in 1000mL of water.

I am mixing the dirt and the water together, preparing to soak my towel in.

I am putting the solution of water after washing the towel with the
variable in the hemocytometer.

I am viewing the solution under the microscope, searching for bacteria. I


keep count of them using a counter in my right hand.
