The Satomi Training guidelines:

Scroll I.

These guidelines are meant for those who are keeping training attendees disciplined.
It is recommended that you read this to its fullest extent, though not currently
mandatory. If you should break any of these guidelines the trainer or his co-trainers
have every right to kick, or ban you from attending the event. Subsequently, repeat
offenses may be further punished with demotion or exilement. That said, the trainers
should strive to punish attendees only when necessary and not abuse these guidelines.

Rules:

1. When attending official events or visiting official territories you are always on
duty.

2. When on duty you should be in uniform, if available.

3. If you are not obeying the orders of the host or co-hosts, you are subject to
punishment.

4. If permission to speak is enabled by the host or co-host, you must ask for
permission to speak before speaking, as implied by the name.

5. If you are dismissed by an officer, host, or co-host, you are compelled to leave
as soon as possible with a few exceptions (that being the training had ended
and everyone was dismissed).

6. All members must familiarize themselves with the terminology of Satomi.

7. Taking actions without express permission, i.e. killing, using commands, or
dismissing other members is forbidden.

8. Grammar should be used at all times. This rule may be loosely enforced.

9. If you are attending an event, you are expected to participate regardless of who
or what you are. Should you not participate you will be immediately removed.

10. The Daimyo’s word is law.

Addendum:

It should be noted that all of these rules are subject to change in the future, so
you should semi-regularly refresh yourselves on the contents herein.

Terminology:

● STS/Shoulder to shoulder - line up shoulder to shoulder with your fellow
attendees. Officers are not exempt from this command unless told
otherwise.

● SFL/Single file line - line up in a single file line behind your fellow
attendees. Like the STS command, officers are not exempt.

● Sword up - take out your primary blade weapon.

● Bow out - take out your primary ranged weapon.

● PTS/permission to speak - you are asking or being asked to be granted
permission to speak for your next few sentences.

● Dismissed - you are asked to leave.

● On me - you must follow your commanding officer, host, or co-host who
gives the command.

Addendum:

Like mentioned before, as Satomi changes and continues to grow the
terminology is also subject to change in the future.

Chain of command:

When attending a training, for the most part, and with a few exceptions you
only need to follow the orders of your host, co-host, or Daimyo. Aside from
that, everyone else is on equal footing for until the event is dismissed. That
said, the only one not subject to these rules is the Daimyo. If someone is seen
breaking these rules or abusing their powers, report them to the Daimyo.
