Greetings!

Mr. Adrian Romo is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Business

Administration major in Marketing Management course under the University
of Cebu’s Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program
(ETEEAP).

The program is an educational assessment scheme of the Commission on Higher

Education that recognizes knowledge, skills and prior learning acquired from formal
and informal education experiences by individuals. Alternative learning modes are
administered by faculty experts to meet competency standards. There are also
various modes used for rectification of deficiencies and one of which is the worksite
visitation. The purpose of the visit is to ascertain the candidate’s job description,
performance in the workplace as well as her relationship with her co-workers and
superiors. Moreover, this visit is intended for verification and evaluation purposes
only. With your permission, the undersigned, together with the panel of assessors,
would like to pay a visit in your office for this purpose on January 22, 2020 at
10:00 am onwards.
