I. INTRODUCTION

Feasibility is to understand thoroughly all aspects of a project and concept or plan. To

become aware of any potential problems that could occur while implementing the project.

Feasibility studies are important to business development. They can allow a business to

address where and how it will operate. They can also identify potential obstacles that may

impede its operations and recognize the amount of funding it will need to get the business

up and running. Feasibility studies aim for marketing strategies that could help convince

investors or banks that investing in a particular project or business is a wise choice. When

doing a feasibility study, it’s always good to have a contingency plan that you also test to

make sure it’s a viable alternative in case the first plan fails.

According to Christian Surber (2015), Patients in acute and long term care settings

receive daily routine skin care, including washing, bathing, and showering, often followed by

application of lotions, creams, and/or ointments. These personal hygiene and skin care

activities are integral parts of nursing practice, but little is known about their benefits are

clinical efficacy. The aims of these articles were to summarize the empirical evidence

supporting basic skin care procedures and interventions and to develop a clinical algorithm

for basic skin care. The target groups for the algorithm are people that are conscious about

their skin with intact or pre- clinical damage skin in care settings. The goal of the skin care

algorithm is a first attempt to provide guidance for the people to improve basic skin care.

Skin care product use it has been found that skin care product users are positively

related to self and health consciousness. Consumers also value their state of emotion and

physical well-being. In terms of skin care products, it is one of many factors influenced to
maintain one’s need for care of general appearance (Yeon and Chung, 2011). According to a

pharmaceutical journal by Niha Naveed, on average women use 12 skin care products daily

and men use 6. Additionally, in relation to ethnic and skin care products, according to U.S.

Census Bureau, people classified in larger ethnic groups such as African American, Hispanics,

and Asians tend to spend more on personal care products (Oresajo and Pillai, 2007). This

following literature review will attempt to support the hypotheses on three variables that

may be related to skin care product use: normative influence, health consciousness, and

self- esteem.

People nowadays, became conscious about how they look and about their skin because

of the judgmental society that you should have clear skin not having acnes, pimples and

more. Because of that they are losing confidence, shy to socialize without any incentives

that make their faces look fresh because they are afraid to be judge.

We decided to open a business that people will surely like, especially the girls who are

commonly well known in taking care in their own skin. We come up to this idea to sell skin

care products because it is contemporary issue in our society that continues to generate

even in future. Our business aims to achieve the best version skin care product so people

with problems in their personal skin can be freshen and have confidence to chin up and let

everybody see their faces with the help of our products.

development and growth. The increased awareness has rapidly boosted the skin care

industries worldwide. Due to increase in the demand of the skin care products has resulted

In business industry we know that we have different competitors that sell the same

as well as our products. If our business Puritaine is planning to emerge, we will identify our

competitors in business, especially if there’s a similar business in the same geographic area.

We will always make a note so that we can know our strength and weaknesses against them

not only the strength and weaknesses but embrace the SWOT analysis. Our business should

be very innovative and creative in providing unique quality products in the market to earn

an advantage over the competitors. If we want to remain in the stiff competition, our

business needs to upgrade our strategy to remain productive in the business. We will ensure

that our products are healthy, and can be trusted to use in your skin and do not have side

effects to different type of skin to the consumers also we will used a unique and attractive

type of cover in our product such as; sticker labeling, bottles or container to be used so

consumers will be attracted to use and buy. We will provide good quality, good relationship

to costumer and the product is also affordable and reliable that fits for their budget.
Potential Buyers or Customers

There are a number of ways a company can find its first customers or find more

buyers. The methods are the same if you are a one-man business or a medium-sized

business with dedicated sales professionals.

Cold Calling - This is where a salesperson or business owner is calling a

potential customer and giving them a sales pitch without them expecting it. The success of

this type of method is all down to the list of potential customers. Many companies offer lists

of certain types of consumers or businesses that can be purchased. The lists are created by

selecting certain parameters such as location, business type, yearly income, the size of

business, or one of many hundreds of parameters. The more specific the list the better the

chance that someone on this list will listen to the complete sales pitch. It is not a sale but a

lead.

Advertising - Studies have shown that companies will spend between three and five percent

of their sales revenue on advertising. This is hard for new businesses that have no sales

revenue, but targeted advertising can produce goods sales leads.

Collaboration - Working with other businesses can produce better results. By working with

another company which is not competing with your directly but looking for similar types

of customers then a collaboration could stimulate more sales leads.

Networking - One step away from cold calling, is finding potential leads from people that a

business owner has some tie to. This could be through a local chamber of commerce, trade

shows, trade organizations, previous employers and vendors, or any number of people and

organizations where there is some connection.
