The bar chart above depicts how often americans ate fast food between 2003 to 2013.

Overall, the frequency of fast food consumption remained constant for the most part. Majority of
people still eat fast food on weekly basis or at least once or twice a month; however, the number
declined compared to 2003, except for those consuming fast food once or twice a month. Their
number rose reaching up to 33%.
The percentage of americans eating fast food on daily basis remained steady between 2006 to
2013 at a bare minmum of 3%. Likewise, the number of americans who never consumed junk
food remained constant between 2006 to 2013.
Nearly 20% of the americans were eating junk food several times a week in 2006. This number
fell to almost 15% over the next 7 years. The percentage of americans consuming fast food a
few times a year rose to 15% in 2006 and remained steady uptill 2013.
To summarise, fast food consumption rates did not vary much, and the overall pattern
distribution remained unchanged.
