MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Attendees present: Faculty members and Parents

Meeting Agenda:

1. To discuss about the Child Protection Policy, School rules and regulations, Career
guidance and school contribution.

Proceedings:

1. The meeting was called to order at 1:00 a.m. by Dr. Salvador B. Tamayo, Principal I,
in the school covered court.

2. The opening program was started with a prayer and the singing of the national anthem.
Dr. Salvador B. Tamayo acknowledged the presence of the parents and the Brgy. Captain
of Calbeg, Hon. Bienvinido Isuan.

3. Mrs. Maria Christie P. Cerezo discussed the Child Protection Policy. It includes the
following points:

 Bullying/ Peer Abus

 Passing and Failing Students
 Disciplinary Action
 Child Abuse
 Child Exploitation
 Corporal Punishment
 Obeying Protocols

4. Mr. Jonathan S. Mina, the SSG adviser, explained the School Rules and Regulations
including the:

 Proper wearing of school uniform

 School I.D.
 Student’s attendance
 Student’s offenses
 5. Mr. Romel I. Macaranas and Ms. Cherry S. Catungal discussed about the Career
Guidance. They explained the two majors for the TVL track. The TVL HE and TVL ICT.
They also encouraged the parents to guide their children in choosing the track they
wanted to take.

6. Mrs. Angie L. Cruz, the faculty president, explained the school contribution. The SSG
fee is a required contribution based on a DepEd memorandum and it is 60 pesos. The
PTA fee is also agreed by the parents to be 50 pesos.

7. After the discussion of different topics concerning the school, students, teachers and
the parents, there was an election for the new set of PTA officers.

8. The attendees agreed to the reminders and to the new set of PTA officers for the school
year 2018-2019.
