Sining Pangkabuhayan

para sa kabataan 2019

Last July 22, 2019,we went to Davao City to attend the yearly Sining
Pangkabuhayan para sa Kabataan 2019. We arrived at exactly 10:00 am at A. Mabini
Elementary School . We rest a little and by 3:00, the principal of the school where we
stayed gave some Do's and Don't. Amazingly, Davao City was super strict specially
in the security of the townspeople. After that we slept early. Then, we wake up early
so we can arrive at our next destination which was the Malayan Colleges. It was
traffic tho but we arrived early. We wore orange to represent Region 10. Talking
about the venue, it was prestigous and beautiful. Also, it was so very wide. The other
regions wore their colors. Then the official program started.

They want to hear our cheers and loud voices. We did great tho. After that we listen
to the people who were talking infront. They were very informative and we learned
many things to share with others. We finished at exactly 12:00 pm. After that, we
went to Abreeza Mall to design and arrange our Exhibit. It was so very fun because
the Regions 1-6 showcased their talents and performances. We didn't expect to see an
artist. But Sherlene San Pedro arrived and we were so trilled. After the program, we
went to our quarter early so the performing arts could practice their performance for
tommorrows' event. But instead of sleeping early, we slept at 12:00 midnight. We
woke up early so we can arrive early at Abreeza Mall. It was a nerve wracking day
because it is the day that the Region 10 will showcase their talents. After the
performances, we left early so we can tour around Davao.

We went to People's Park. It was a beautiful park full of beautiful scenery and nice
arcitectures. Next was the Roxas Avenue where we bought our "Pasalubong". Then
we ate at their Night Cafe and had a nice evening because we went next to their park
where beautiful light bulbs aligned. We waited their until the Jeepney arrived. The
next day, we joined our workshop, it was so fun and we enjoyed the memories we
made. On the afternoon, the closing ceremony was to distribute awards to every
regions, we made friends from other region and enjoyed the foam party. We left
Davao on July 25, 2019 at 9:00 pm and arrived at Cdo on July 26, 2019 at 4:00 pm.
We hope that this experience will be more fun on the next Sining Pangkabuhayan
specially on the workshops.
