GREEN INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD.

EVERY UNIT OF POWER SAVED IS EQUAL TO 2.5 UNITS OF POWER GENERATED. (BEE)

GIPL - PF is a GREEN INITIATIVE. This STATE - OF - THE - ART environment friendly, energy saving, Nano
Molecular Thermo - Conductive (NMTC) Refrigerant Oil Additive is most suitable for all kinds of Refrigeration &
Air Conditioning equipments. It is compatible with all types of refrigerants including ammonia.

HVAC accounts, for on an average up to 50% of the total

power bill for any building, including the units at your
home and business.
During the refrigerant compression process, oil migrates
from compressor to the coil system contaminating the
metals that transfer heat.
The accumulation of unwanted oil deposits in the coil
system is defined as oil fouling.
Compressors that use oil for lubrication do not prevent
oil from fouling the coil system. Even the smallest
amount of oil in the coil system forms a film or coating
that will hinder heat transfer reducing the efficiency of
the unit.
Decreased efficiency of the units leads to increased
energy/power consumption, resulting not only in higher
power bills but more importantly faster depletion of
scarce and non-renewable resources.
ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and
Air-conditioning Engineers) has studied this problem for
decades. ASHRAE estimates that all new cooling
equipments lose efficiency as they age. 7% in the first
year, 5% in the second year and 3% every year from third
year onwards.
Air Conditioning Basics
The compressor compresses low pressure from gas,
causing it to become high pressure gas(Red in the
diagram).
1. This high pressure gas runs through a set of coils so it
can dissipate its heat and condense in to a liquid.
2. The liquid runs through an expansion valve, and in the
process it evaporates to become low pressure gas (Blue
in the diagram).
3. This low pressure gas runs through a set of coils that
allow the gas to absorb heat and cool down the air inside
