ISO9001 Quality Manual

1. All products and services will have their component parts listed in a Work Breakdown
Structure(WBS) diagram.

2. Each component will be identified as made inhouse or bought externally from a distributor
or other company.

3. Cost Model and Risk Model produced for each product or service on a spreadsheet.

4. Specifications and Data Sheets written or obtained from the other companies and listed on
the WBS.

5. Assembly procedures written with pictures and listed on the WBS.

6. All components will be tested against a written Test Plan or a Quality Audit carried out
during manufacture at the other companies site and listed on the WBS.

7. User Guide and Technical Manual written for the products and/or services and listed on the
WBS.

8. User Acceptance Test(UAT) and Handover Plan written and used. Customer Representative
invited to attend and sign-off a copy of the UAT and Handover Plan.

9. All documentation shall be electronic using Microsoft Word and Excel and saved using
Adobe Portable Data File(PDF) format.

10. Reliability and Maintainability Model produced for each product or service on a spreadsheet.
This will help to identify the need for any improvements.
