COMPLAINT RECEIVED FROM THE OFFICE .

Please refer to your letter No.1276-M/HCB dated 07.04.2015 on the subject

noted above.

In this context it is submitted that the management of M/s. United Industries

(Pvt)Ltd, Faisalabad was contacted in the matter. They confirmed that the prices of their

Brand i.e.) Kashmir Ghee Rs.170/- & ii) Kashmir Oil Rs.175/- has been fixed by the Govt of the

Punjab Industries Commerce & Investment Department vide corrigendum of schedule-1 of

25.03.2015 (copy enclosed). Thereafter they published in the :Daily Jang”.

They further informed that at present Govt. of the Punjab have de-notified the

above said rates of their brand and re-notified its price as Kashmir Ghee Rs.153/- and Kashmir

Oil Rs.163/- which is being implemented in the Market as desired by the Govt.
