Effects of Agreement: US and United Kingdom armed forces may use this expedited. process to acquire or provide logistic support to each other in combined exercises, training, deployments, operations, or other cooperative efforts, and for unforeseen circumstances or exigencies, Since all transactions are fully reimbursable, neither party should incur additional costs because of this Agreement, but may achieve savings in obtaining support at lower cost and in less time than usual. i.
