Loader ideal for applications where a vehicle cannot be accurately spotted. Reliable, safe and offering ease of handling, it has been designed for heavy use and high flow rates that are typical at large terminals. The standard arm features Emco Wheaton’s D2000 World Series Swivel Joints, which have been specially engineered to offer ultra-low maintenance and the easy to adjust spring cylinder balance. Utilizing easy to adjust spring cylinder balance, heavy duty capacity swivel joints and a custom boom support - these arms reach even further than the E2022 unsupported boom loader. Also known as a Pantograph Unit, it is recommended for medium reach applications of less than 11 feet. The Variable Reach Loader features the D2000 World Series swivel joints with a 5 year limited warranty to offer ultra-low maintenance, while its easy to adjust spring cylinder balance provides additional versatility. Taking place on the ground, bottom loading is inherently safer for the operator and allows for simultaneous loading of several tank compartments, increasing speed and efficiency of loading. Bottom loading arms will not only reduce vapours but the systems can also be easily adapted to fully recover any vapours displaced during loading to minimise environmental impact. = E2033 | Bottom Transfer Loading Arm Designed for heavy duty use and high flow rates found typically at large terminals, the £2033 Bottom Transfer Loading Arm provides extended reach to deliver improved safety and accuracy where a vehicle cannot be accurately spotted. = Easy to adjust, the E2033 has spring cylinder balance and heavy duty capacity swivel joints to enable further reach “ without any need for additional support. Recommended for the servicing of both sides of the platform and for adjacent arm crossover, the standard arms feature the 12000 World Series swivel joints for ultra-low maintenance. With its flexible hose for the secondary arm length, the loading arms also feature easy to adjust spring cylinder balance for additional versatility in challenging applications. Tanker side connection is achieved with a 4” API coupler and loading arm dimensions are designed to allow for covering of the complete API connection area envelope. Standard arms feature the heavy duty, low profile 02000 World Series swivel joints with a 5 year limited warranty to offer ultra-low maintenance. v The E2304 allows unrestricted cross-over of all arms at bottom loading stations, with a separate loading arm required for vapour recovery. Its long reach makes it ideal for applications in which the flange connection of coupling cannot be accurately positioned and enables safe and accurate loading from ground level.
