Status report:

Article writing/Poster Making

Introduction:
● After a deliberate discussion at precursory meetings of
Team SSG, it was decided to organize a on the spot poster
making/ article writing competition.

● It was conducted to test the knowledge about a topic as

well as the ability to express oneself in a creative
manner without preparations within a stipulated time
frame.
Preparations-The event
❏ As usual all the students of 2019 batch were informed by
email 3 days prior to the event. All the necessary
information regarding timings and venue was quoted
❏ Hall permissions for H15 and H17 was duly obtained from
Academic-cum-Admin section. Also A3 and A4 sheets for
poster making and article writing were arranged.
❏ The session started at 7:30 P.M and topics were displayed
on the spot. The topics explored concepts that appeal to
students and encouraged them to give flight to their
creative imagination. We also urged them to workout any
new or unique topic that they felt critical.

Summing up
By 9:00 P.M, nearly everyone finished their work and we
started accepting submissions. Then the interesting session,
being one of a kind, came to an end.

Seeing an overwhelming response of the participants, Team

SSG decided to regularly organize similar endeavours.
