To engage in, promote, organize, manage and/or conduct, insofar as allowed by law,

the success in which involves guessing or estimating the result of future events; To
sell, distribute, market or advertise for sale tickets to enter, join or participate in
such games or competitions; To make charitable donations or contributions of funds
raised after payment of costs and expenses of operations.
