I, LUWIN ARCILLAS GREGORIO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with
residence and postal address at Putik, Zamboanga City after having been duly sworn and
oath in accordance with law hereby voluntarily depose and say: THAT-

1. My marital status is SINGLE;

2. Under Philippine Laws, I have no legal impediment to contract marriage;

3. I am aware that bigamy and perjury are punishable under the laws of the
Philippines;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the forgoing

statements, for purposes of getting married and for all legal intents and
purposes it may serve.
