Scope: -

 The works covered by this Section of the Specification comprise the supply and installation
of guide posts and the construction of safety barrier systems, including safety barriers,
terminals, transitions, and delineation.
 this Specification does not include construction of clear areas behind safety barrier systems.

List of items: -

 DELINEATOR:
 The small retroreflectors or panels of retroreflective sheeting that are attached to
guideposts.

 FLEXIBLE GUIDE POST:

 Deflects when impacted by a vehicle and then returns to the vertical position.

 GUIDE POST:
 Posts used to mark the edge of the road carriageway.
 Assist the road user by indicating the alignment of the road ahead.

 RIGID GUIDE POST:

 Remains intact and straight, when impacted by a vehicle.
