operations fulfilment centre of 2,00,000 sq. ft., with automated filling and
process equipment.

TECH-FORWARD NOT TECH-SERVIENT

Without relying on ERP platforms, RATNADEEP Stores manage a 20,000+
active SKU base regularly. RATNADEEP Stores have implemented the latest
updating system and software for enhancing customer convenience.
These measures help the customers get access to faster and more
accurate billing information and boosts store efficiency in areas such as
CRM, Promotions and Inventory Management, while also helping the
management in the MIS and back-end operations of the organization.
 Going forward, RATNADEEP is exploring the Bangalore territory
for further expansion, apart from foraying into the cities of

GROWTH
Andhra and Telangana. We are preparing to open 12 stores in
Bangalore. With our learnings and strong footprint in the twin
cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, we want to move into
the growing cities of Andhra and Telangana.

RATNADEEP is open to lapping up the right opportunities in

different formats in different cities and is looking at expanding
across the country quickly, including Tier-II cities and towns.
This fiscal year, we want to reach close to Rs. 1000 crore in

have plans to open at least 500 stores across the country. We
are also looking to venture into the affordable gourmet
format, with a strong ROI-based model.
