Title: Contractualization as an Unfair Labor Practice

Thesis Statement: Contractualization, otherwise known as “endo”, is being practiced throughout

various, if not all, sectors of business in the Philippines. However, despite its practical use for
employers of businesses, the utilization of short term employment contracts has been heavily
contested by workers nationwide on the grounds that it is an abusive and corrupt use of the law,
and should therefore be abolished.
