Site Visit by Planning Assistant and scrutiny by Assistant Town Planner

Reject Approve with generation of draft challans and prepare Commencement Certificate

Scrutiny by Town Planner Scrutiny by Fire Department

ATP will generate Final Challans

Payment by owner within 15 days, if not paid within 15 days automated revised value must be shown to owner
