On our 72 hours of working in the Mergrande Ocean Resort as an On the job

trainee, I’ve learned a lot of things they’re on how to entertain a guest ,on how to clean
a room properly and also on how to balance our time from work going to school is it so
hard for me because I don’t have any experience of working while Im still studying. In
our on the job training we have a lot of problems that we encountered, the one is our
schedule is it so tired for us to travel go back to school after work ,we are always late
and when our teacher started to discuss we are so sleepy cause we are so tired. But
we used it as a motivation to do this challenge in our life. In the past few days we
balance our time yet from Ojt to school we managed our time, our supervisor gives us
time to prepare ourselves but the time is not enough to travel to go back to school
because you can encounter a traffic. I learned a lot on how to manage our time and how
you can handle your work while you’re studying. But it so thankful to have on the job
trainee on the senior high school studentbecause it can easily find a work cause you
have a experience if you can’t pursue in the college or you can find a job while studying.
So that I’m so thankful that I’m assign at the Mergrande Ocean Resort because I’ve
experience what to do the HRM Student.
