This is the response of the NTE #424-08-2017 dated on August 1, 2017 at MV

Warnow Master Resulting on delay of operation due to wrong stowed of containers on its
particular location.

On August 1,2017, I was assigned on QC 11 checker on MV Warnow Master.I was

inform that my responsibility is to checked the right container to load on the vessel based on
the designated location and position according to the loading plan that comes from the
planner/Ec.

All of my update on every container that was loads on the vessel was properly
checked and correctly placed on the right position on bay 01 base on the loading plan. It is not
my mistake that the container was load improperly to its actual location and position. The
container was stowed wrongly than its actual position which is not based on the location
loading plan. This is clearly not my mistake fault because it is not my duty to command the
operator to put the container to its actual position according to loading plan’s location

Being a checker my only job is to checked correctly the container and follow the
loading plan on its designated location of every container.

Hope that this explanation with your humanitarian consideration and spare me from
any discipline action
