This contract is made on this day of January 30,2020 between

Mr/Mrs. Lani Caampued Paliza and Vibe Acoustic Band
for the hiring of band as independent contractors to perform in Located at
Alfonso Cavite

It is agreed as follows:
1. Location and Date. The parties agree that the time and place of the Show will be on February 1 ,
2020 located at Mariel's Garden Alfonso Cavite

2. Performance. It will be a musical performance with musical content decided by the Client and the
band. 3 set for the said event and contains 45 minutes each set

3. Payment. Compensation for the Show will be Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php 18,000 )
(out of Manila rate) payable by cash.

4. Food and Drink. Celebrant/ Couple/ Coordinator will provide the Band with meal
after the 1st set

5. Reservation Fee. The band requires a reservation fee of not more than 20% of their fee.
The below signed Band Representative warrants he/she has authority to enforceably sign this
agreement for the Band in its entirety. The below signed couple's/coordinator's warrants he/she
has authority to bind couple/coordinator and venue (above).
