My work sample for Diversity is the book list.

It fits this category because It gives different

examples of diversity books that you could read to children and what the book is about.

in the future.) I chose it as the best example of my work because it includes all types of
families and backgrounds. (explain the impact this work sample had on you and/or your
work environment.) I learned about how you can incorporate diversity activities into the
classroom every day and not just for special occasions. And to be more conscious about the
words you use for example words with gender bias. Each Child has a diverse and unique
background and everyone should be treated with respect and respect for their culture.

knowledge you have gained.) My work sample shows my understanding of the importance
of knowing about and understanding diverse family and community characteristics that
have an impact on children’s development and learning by learning about different cultures
and how that makes us all special and unique.(describe how it shows your knowledge and
understanding of how human diversity plays a role in children’s development and learning).
