hereby declare that I take full responsibility for my underage daughter/son, that I
allow her/him/them to attend the 2020 Neversea Festival, and that I undertake
liability for: (i) any and all incident and injury that the above identified daughter/son
could undergo as result of my lack of adequate surveillance, as well as for (ii) any
damage or loss caused by the above identified underage daughter/son to the Organizer
or to any and all other natural persons or legal entities participating within the
Festival.

I also declare that I was informed about and I am aware of the specific terms and conditions
imposed by the Organizer of the 2020 Neversea Festival contained in the Festival’s General
Terms and Conditions applicable to the Festival and that I have read and understood the
Organizer’s Privacy Policy, particularly the provisions concerning underage children, and I
hereby undertake ensure their full compliance.

I hereby consent in my underage child’s name that NEVERSEA S.R.L. may process the
personal data concerning my underage daughter’s/son’s name and surname, nationality,
gender, age, country, as well as, in certain situations, the underage child’s photo and their e-
mail address for the purpose of performing their check-in process and ensuring their
attendance (access) to the Neversea Festival.
By signing this agreement, I hereby confirm that I have read, been correctly and completely
informed, that I am aware and fully understand my rights related to the protection of my own
personal data, as well as the personal data pertaining to my underage child.
