Terms and Conditions: Limit Enhancement Offer on YES BANK Credit Cards

1. The SMS sent to YES Bank at 575758 to apply for Credit Card upgrade is a chargeable service, which will be charged to
the respective Cardmember’s mobile number by the Service Provider.
2. The SMS sent to YES BANK for the campaign should be from the customer’s mobile number registered with YES
BANK.
3. Only select Cardmembers are eligible for Limit Enhancement on the Credit Card issued by YES BANK. Limit
Enhancement Offer on YES BANK Credit Cards is guided by internal policy of YES BANK and is a limited period offer
valid till the 10th of December, 2019.
4. Limit Enhancement Offer is at the sole discretion of YES BANK Limited. YES BANK reserves the right to decide the
eligibility as per internal policy / guidelines. Also, YES BANK reserves the right to withdraw the offer to the customer
at any time as deemed right by the bank. Bank cannot be held responsible for financial / non-financial obligation caused
to the Cardmember due to change / withdrawal of offer or non-implementation of Limit Enhancement
5. Request for Limit Enhancement would be declined if Cardmember’s card account is not in regular status at the time of
processing. If the Cardmember has closed the card account or has submitted the request for closure at the time of Limit
Enhancement, the request for such Limit Enhancement shall be rejected
6. Limit Enhancement terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms & conditions
contained in the Cardmember agreement which shall continue to be binding on the Cardmember. The offer would be
governed by the existing terms and conditions applicable for the current Credit Card held by the Cardmember and the
terms & conditions mentioned here are over and above the existing terms & conditions
7. YES BANK reserves the right at any time, without previous notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of
these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part this offer by another offer, whether similar to the offer or not,
or to withdraw it all together. Customer cannot hold YES BANK responsible or liable for any actions, claims, demands,
losses, damages, costs which the customer may suffer in this regard
