I, DANIEL C. CABALLERO, of legal age, Filipino, married to LEONIDA C.

CABALLERO with residence and postal address at No. 101 Central Ave., Diliman,
Quezon City, do hereby appoint LESLIE C. CABALLERO, of legal age, Filipino, with
residence and postal address at Tower A Unit 0810, Mplace Panay Ave, Quezon City, as
our true and legal representative to process and transact on my behalf for the transfer of
title of TCT Nos. 193047 and 192275 of the registry of deeds, the Bureau of Internal
Revenue and other government agencies as are necessary and finally, to pay any fees or
taxes and receive and sign any document to carry out such propose.

HEREBY GRANTING, unto my representative full power and authority to

execute and sign any document in my behalf and to perform every act necessary to
render effective this authority, as though we ourselves have so performed.
