Barangay Census and Demographic Archive (BCAD)

General Objective:

 The general objective is to develop a Barangay Census and

Demographic Archive System (BCAD) to organize data of barangay
inhabitants, to help them minimize the paper works and increase
the knowledge in their barangay. This system can utilize the use
of the computer and can make a report using a statistical method
that can be use to compare quarterly and yearly data that has
been gather by the barangay official.

Specific Objectives:

 To develop the traditional way of gathering and storing data by

using software application in smart phone.
 To minimize the paper works and to abstain them from using the
old way to collect and store data.
 To help the secretary to familiarize in using the computer using
the system.
 The system can use a statistical method to make a report to the
higher up or in the local government. It can also compare the
data so that they will see if it has a significant change.
 The system has a purok data this can be used to view the
inhabitants in a certain address in the barangay this is like an
aerial view.

Health Center Monitoring

General Objective:

 The general objective is to develop a health monitoring to

gather, compile and analyze the health record of the patients.
The system can store every checkup and the development in their
health condition .This system can make a statistical report using
the gathered data. The system can notify the patients their
weekly or monthly checkup.
Specific Objectives:

 To improve the Health Center to maintain the patient’s condition

 To compare monthly, quarterly & yearly overall data
 To make it easier to access the health record of the patients

Flood Monitoring System

General Objective:

 The general objective is to develop a flood monitoring ang

warning device. It is design to detect upcoming flood and it can
inform the barangay residents around the area.

Specific Objectives:

 To design a system that can provide real time data about water
level in the river.
 To develop the awareness of the residents in the barangay.
 To develop a pc for the water monitoring levels
