NOTE!
Mark all hose and cable connections before they are disconnected, for easier assembly later on. Plug or cover all open
connections.

Weight, engine: approx. 1250 kg (2756 lb)

1. Place the engine in a safe way, on axle stands or similar.

2. Remove the oil filler pipe and the dipstick.

3. Remove the oil separator.

4. Remove the fuel lines.

5. Remove the cable harness.


Remove the air intake, the preheater element, and the pipes for the EGR.

6. Disconnect the connectors from the ECM.

7. Remove all cable ties and clamps and remove the cable harness.

8. Remove the ECM and the temperature sensor, SE2516.

11. Install 88800146 Fixture and 88800345 Fixture.


NOTE!
Use the bolts that are supplied with the tools.

12. Connect a lifting device to the engine.


Secure the engine in 11666040 Support.
