INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO

Portfolio Objectives:
Our main objectives is to have an experience on investing our P500.00 into different
investment opportunities in order us to get a return in a short period of time and an
experience on how to managed our money properly.
Portfolio Construction:
Our start – up capital is P17,000.00 and diversified into different investment opportunities:
Pig raising (P8,000.00), Lending services (P6,000.00), Loading services (P2,500.00) and
for bottled water (P500.00).
Portfolio Maintenance:
We maintain our investment by a day-to-day monitoring and a daily checking of our
account; and by a monthly presentation of financial statement.
Portfolio Evaluation:
We evaluate the performance of our investment by using the three indices: jensen index,
sharpe index, and treynor index. We prefer to used the jensen index that shows the
different return between the realized return and expected return.
Portfolio Protection:
By using the ways to diversify our star – up capital into different investment opportunities,
this will protect our investment portfolio. Using also our knowledge and skills on
fundamentals of investment.
