QDR 1-10

1. Create a after work group for a group like a LGBT group that anyone is invited
2. Understand a different cultural such as Germany in their religions and beliefs.
3. There could be conflict because other people that want inclusion would disagree
with these rules, there could be disagreement within the company that leads to a
decrease in productivity. A company such as this airline want a specific audience
and to achieve that they want workers within the targeted audience. People that
go on these airlines might complain to the company and worse will not go on the
airline
4. They do not trust a man in his fifties with a young child. They are insensitive
because its an old guy, they think its creepy or he’s untrustworthy. They are
discriminating on the opposite sex since they thank only women should take care
of children.
5. I haven’t seen Asians or Asian-Americans ask for social support. I don’t get the
chance to communicate with Asian-Americans.
6. I think people are ok with diverse groups, however they might need to still
understand some political correctness, cultural intelligence, and more about
beliefs and religion so they don’t accidentally offend them (Cultural Sensitivity).
7. It is not that useful personally because for the person that wants to work in
Rome, needs to still understand the cultural and beliefs of Rome. Also, if Rome
starts to be cross-cultural, the adage is not helpful at all.
