Directo III, Head-ALS Task Force Officer-In-Charge, Office of the Assistant Secretary Alternative Learning System Subject : ALS LEARNERS DATA Date : November 7, 2019 ‘This has reference to the proposed Senate Bill No. 740 - An Act Providing for the Alternative Learning System of Education for Adults, Out-of- School Youth, Members of Cultural Minorities, Indigenous People, and Persons with Disabilities sponsored by Senator Sherwyn Gatchalian. During the 1% public meeting on the said bill, the Committee on Basic Education instructed the ALS Task Force to submit data on the number of ALS passers and/or completers of CY 2015 to 2019 who are working, enrolled in college, in a technical vocational schools, or in Senior High School and track where they are enrolled.
