Sarim Khan 8-B

The name of the feature film screened at the plaza was called
Strangers on a Train.
I personally really found Bruno interesting. He was quite a weird,
tricky and suspicious character really reminded me of the joker. He learned
to not mess with other character’s lives, by switching roles with them.
I feel like the old cinema vibe was there which made the old movie
feel better because if we watched this in a modern-day movie theatre it
wouldn’t feel the same as watching it in an old theatre. With the smell and
feeling of going back in time.
They used alot of close up shots which really bring the story out and I
felt emotion during those shots and it really explained the emotion of the
character.
I felt they had a variety of shot types and the shots were very creative
like when the merry go round went ballistic and when Bruno was in the bed
instead of his father.
In our movies, the story wasn’t that well developed while in there it
was very thought out creative and easy to understand and follow what was
happening.
I feel like we learned how to involve the audience in the films because
in big movies like Marvel movies the audience is on there toes waiting for
the next thing and our in the movie while in ours they were just watching it.
I would want to be an actor, editing, or marketing. I would want to be
an editor or marketing because I am decent with a computer and editing is
also one of the most important jobs. The marketing is also important but
doesn’t get recognized that much if your marketing is bad then your movie
might not get alot of hype, but if your marketing is good, then people will be
like let’s go check this movie out it looks good, just from seeing a poster or
add. And an actor because I like acting and getting involved with the
making of the movie and it is also really fun.
