“REQUESTING THE PUNONG BARANGAY, HON. DOREEN M. PEÑALOGA, AND ALL THE
BARANGAY KAGAWADS, TO ACREDIT THE PGBI- TRENTO MAUSAWAGON CHAPTER AS NON-
GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION”

WHEREAS, the PGBI is duly registered as Non- Government Organization with Securities and Exchange
Commission with S.E.C. Reg. No. A200008885 on July 26, 2002;

WHEREAS, PGBI- Trento Mauswagon Chapter is duly recognized by the PGBI National
Leadership as local chapter operating at Purok 10, Poblacion, Trento , Agusan del Sur;

WHEREAS, the association needs to be accredited by the Barangay Local Government Unit of
Barangay Poblacion, of this municipality to comply with the law, and to have legal
personality in the barangay and in the municipality;

WHEREAS, THE PGBI- Trento Tigers Chapter is willing to cooperate and participate in the various
developmental activities to be conducted by the BLGU of Poblacion, MLGU of Trento
and other government agencies, as development partner.

Now, on motion of MANSUETO “MG. MANS” GALLAZA, and duly seconded by

VINCENT “MG. BISOY” L. MARCIAL, be it:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the Punong Barangay, Hon. Doreen M. Peñaloga,
and all the Barangay Kagawads of BLGU Poblacion, Trento, to accredit the PGBI- Trento
MAUSWAGON Chapter as Non- Government Organization.
